12:30 Rehearsal begins

3:00   Rehearsal ends-Clean instruments, load truck, eat DINNER (bring your own)

4:10   Change into halves

4:30   Meet in arc in band room

4:45   Load Buses & Depart for Grassfield HS

5:30   Arrive at Grassfield High School & Unload equipment

6:00   March to warm up & Visual warm up

6:30   Music warm up

7:10   Leave warm up for gate

7:20   At gate

7:30   PERFORMANCE TIME

Awards begin around 9:45 PM.

We will return to the buses and depart immediately following awards.

Approximate return time to Cox HS is 10:45 PM.

Due to our performance time, we WILL have time to change before returning into the stands for awards.  Please bring a change of clothes. You can also visit the concession stands at Grassfield HS.
